This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Drive territory strategy and pipeline through executive consultant relationships
- Expand executive alliances by fostering relationships across national and regional firms
- Map and cultivate key stakeholder relationships in consulting practices
- Deliver briefings and updates to equip consultants with the company’s messaging
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align co-selling strategies
- Lead vendor program participation and executive alignment sessions
- Design and execute strategic events to enhance engagement and pipeline generation
- Maintain CRM discipline to ensure accurate forecasting and attribution
Qualifications
- Direct experience with WTW, Aon, Mercer, or Lockton, understanding their consulting structures
- 8+ years in consultant relations, benefits consulting, or commercial alliances in health benefits
- Proven track record of building relationships that drive revenue and preferred vendor status
- Expertise in business development with a focus on multi-threading in enterprise organizations
- Strong executive-level communication skills to convey clinical and AI value to decision-makers
- Comfort in metrics-driven environments with proficiency in Salesforce for managing pipelines
Pay
$177,100 – $278,300 annually
