About the role
Valley Construction is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead our team on exciting new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, a strong background in construction, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Project management software proficiency (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
