Responsibilities
- Evaluate, identify, and execute GMF Steel Group’s construction technology strategy
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering professional development and continuous improvement
- Oversee the planning, deployment, coordination, and management of construction technology initiatives
- Enhance operational efficiency and performance through technology
- Drive technology adoption across the organization to support strategic goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum five years of experience working in the AEC industry
- Proven knowledge in Tekla Structures, Trimble, Procore, BlueBeam
- Experience in Project Controls, Cost Management, and Forecasting (preferred)
- Experience managing direct reports
- Strong written and oral communication skills; experience in teaching, training, and presentations
