About The Venue

Allegiant Stadium is the technologically advanced stadium that is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and hosts world-class entertainment, including concerts and special sporting events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and mentor a staff of part-time and full-time concessions employees, including initiating employee discipline as required.
  • Complete documentation of employee performance and attendance issues in accordance with company policy and practice.
  • Ensure proper setup of all concession locations prior to doors, including verifying opening inventory, assigning duties, ensuring sanitation standards, verifying operational readiness, and ascertaining food production levels based on projected guest attendance.
  • Provide high-level oversight and operational expertise for smooth, efficient, and profitable event execution.
  • Oversee large-volume inventory, order product, and manage high-volume sales.
  • Manage and run all venue concessions operations before, during, and after events, including staff scheduling, employee check-in, equipment inspection, POS monitoring and troubleshooting, guest complaint resolution, training, food production, clean-up, post-event reconciliation and reporting.
  • Train new and current employees on property procedures and best practices.
  • Cover or back up any open position to ensure full operational readiness and adherence to company standards for speed of service and guest satisfaction; assist with Premium Services operations as directed.
  • Provide direction and oversight to concession managers, leads, concession workers, and bartenders.
  • Ensure compliance with all state/federal OVG procedures, alcohol distribution/service, food handling/sanitation guidelines, and general safety policies; document compliance issues immediately.
  • Complete post-event evaluations, data compilation, tracking of product shortages, and report generation; serve as a resource for POS applications and training.
  • Ensure a safe work environment free from harassment or discrimination; address safety concerns, hazards, accidents, or incidents immediately.
  • Relay safety/health issues to management promptly.
  • Ensure event staff awareness of workplace expectations; provide ongoing assistance, training, and mentoring; promote a positive, cooperative workplace environment.
  • Obtain working knowledge of all concession locations, including geographical layout, equipment, evacuation procedures, adjacent areas, and facility access.

Requirements

  • MA or MS; BA or BS with business-related major (accounting minor or credits preferred); equivalent job experience can substitute for educational requirements.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in the food & beverage industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all staff levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting projected costs.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of employee scheduling in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Technical and sanitary expertise in food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to communicate respectfully with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management, and guests to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ability to cost out menus and create new menu items as needed.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic setting.
  • Flexible schedule; ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and long hours.
  • Valid SNHD food handling card, Alcohol Awareness certification or equivalent, and ability to obtain a non-gaming work card (Sheriff's Card).

Pay

Annual salary of $80,000–$100,000, with bonus eligibility.
