Job Summary
Working as an Assistant Director of Operations for Levy at Moda Center will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! The purpose of this job is to provide support to the Director of Operations in managing the food service operation, maintaining established costs and quality standards so as to ensure superior service and maximize profits.
Key Responsibilities
- Executes all promotions and programs as outlined by the Director of Operations in accordance with Levy standards
- Ensures show quality standards are maintained at all times
- Represents Levy and our business objectives at partner meetings, networking and building relationships with key partners and vendors
- Supports and communicates Company initiatives
- Holds the management team accountable to deliver the highest level guest service
- Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
- Mentors department managers to develop their skills and leadership abilities
- Leads and executes continual operational improvement planning
- Supports budget planning and P&L management to support optimal financial achievement
- Other duties, as assigned
Job Requirements
- Five years of hospitality management experience required
- High level of computer literacy
- Understanding of financial concepts
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
