Director of Community Health Services

About the role

This position directs, supervises, plans, coordinates, and implements functions, activities and staff members of the Community Health Services Department. It participates actively in the development of systems and functions related to utilization management and case management, and collaborates on programmatic, research-related, and organizational systems development activities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in the Health and Human Services field required
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• Experience in community and working with culturally diverse populations preferred
• Comfortable working in a managed care/multi-professional setting required

Certifications

• Current BLS certification with biannual maintenance required

Other requirements

• Current driver’s license and daily access to an automobile required
