Job Description
We’re seeking a high-performing sales leader to drive strategic growth, lead market expansion, and collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to generate leads, close deals, and exceed targets.

What You’ll Own
- Architect and execute strategic sales initiatives that fuel long-term growth.
- Lead high-impact client acquisition efforts in competitive markets.
- Identify and engage decision makers including HOA Boards, Developers, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to generate leads, craft proposals, and close deals.
- Deliver compelling presentations and confidently navigate complex negotiations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves and use that intel to win.
- Build, maintain, and leverage trusted relationships within the community association and vendor services ecosystem.
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years in sales leadership or business development within a service-driven industry.
- Proven success in high-volume, high-touch business development.
- Background in community association management, HOA vendor services, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, planning, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfort with travel, evening events, and the hustle that comes with elite performance.

- Possess excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
- Demonstrate good common sense, sound judgment, and a high ethical bar.
Travel Requirements
Travel may be required (approximately 25–40%).
