PURPOSE

The Clinical Director is responsible for the management of RISE Pediatric Therapies in Florida and its associated programs including contract compliance and fiscal management. They are responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facilities while demonstrating the primary goal of providing efficient services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Strategic planning for growth and development of services and staffing to maximize efficiency, capacity, and utilization of resources.
  • Maintains regulatory compliance to ensure highest level of quality and patient outcomes.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
  • Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
  • Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
  • Ensures contractual compliance with various funding sources.
  • Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
  • Participates in the hiring and training of team members.
  • Schedules staff appropriately to provide positive patient care.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide positive leadership and team building based on respect, cooperation, and competence.
  • Budgetary accountability and oversight of all fiscal aspects of RISE Pediatric Therapies Florida.
  • Take personal responsibility for actions; use effective problem solving skills and seek support when needed.
  • Conduct, attend or facilitate regular staff meetings.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in therapy services.
  • Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
  • 3 years of related experience.
