About the Role
The Director of Clinical Services provides overall direction to the hospice clinical team. They are responsible for hiring qualified hospice personnel, ensuring the provision of hospice services, delegating and coordinating hospice personnel evaluations, and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
- Review and monitor sales and service performances.
- Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objectives and goals.
- Serve as a dynamic leader who sets a high bar and inspires others to reach it.
- Communicate clearly, establish and maintain effective relationships with team members to problem-solve in an educational and cooperative manner.
- Demonstrate impeccable organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
Requirements
- 5 years in the healthcare industry preferred.
- 2 years of experience working in leadership.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred.
