About the role

The Director of Clinical Practice oversees the clinical operations and quality assurance within the department. They are responsible for ensuring that all clinical services meet or exceed regulatory standards and patient care expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical operations including scheduling, staffing, and coordination of care.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical services and support.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Experience with healthcare information systems and data analytics.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
