Director of Clinical Operations and Innovation, Population Health

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Design organization-wide strategies for clinical outcomes and member care
• Manage performance against KPIs and collaborate across teams
• Leverage data to identify performance drivers and trends
• Drive execution with a servant-leader mindset
• Translate operational goals into implementable workflows

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in performance improvement in complex environments
• Self-starter with a preference for progress over perfection
• Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools
• Demonstrated collaborative leadership across organizational levels
• Outstanding communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to refine complex workflows

Pay

$182,000 – $247,000 annually
