Responsibilities
- Research, prospect, and generate new business leads
- Draw on existing relationships and book of business
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase sales
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to meet overall company goals
Requirements
- Proven work experience in eDiscovery or legal services sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong consultative approach to identifying pain points and solving client challenges
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with various CRMs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Prior education in sales or marketing is preferred but not required
- 3-6 years of eDiscovery sales or relevant legal services sales experience
