Responsibilities
- Develop and implement catering strategies to meet both individual sales goals and business goals while exceeding client expectations.
- Manage all aspects of catering sales, planning, and execution for events ranging from small meetings to large-scale celebrations.
- Collaborate with the sales, culinary, and operations teams to create customized catering packages.
- Lead and motivate the service team, assisting in training and support to ensure high service standards.
- Oversee budgeting, pricing, and financial performance of the catering department.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to foster repeat business and partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Hilton brand standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in catering management, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales and successful event execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in catering and event management software is a plus.
