Director of Career Services (Education)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta with a Monday–Friday schedule.

About the role

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping graduates turn their education into a career while building strong relationships with employers throughout the Atlanta healthcare community. You’ll take ownership of Career Services for the Atlanta campus and work directly with students, graduates, employers, and campus leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with students before and after graduation
• Help graduates find employment in their field of study
• Develop relationships with hospitals, medical practices, healthcare organizations, and other employers
• Maintain and grow existing employer partnerships
• Connect employers with qualified graduates
• Conduct career-readiness workshops and student meetings
• Help students with interviewing, job searching, resumes, and career preparation
• Follow up with graduates throughout their employment search
• Track graduate employment and placement activity

Pay

$80,000 – $85,000 per year
