About the role
The Director of Cardiovascular Services leads all cardiovascular programs and departments at MUSC Health Florence Medical Center, including cardiac catheterization laboratories, electrophysiology services, cardiac rehabilitation, non-invasive cardiology, vascular services, and related specialty programs.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and direction for all cardiovascular programs and departments.
- Ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, staff development, and achievement of organizational goals.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in area of responsibility. 1 to 3 years leadership experience preferred.

Pay
The pay rate for this position is determined by the Health-35 pay grade and is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
