Responsibilities
- Partner with CPTO to create a 3-year strategic plan focusing on product adoption and revenue growth
- Support executives on strategic initiatives and facilitate organizational alignment
- Manage annual planning processes, connecting efforts across product functions and finance organizations
- Enhance the leadership team's operational rhythm through well-structured meetings and offsites
- Prepare compelling board presentations and supporting materials for executive forums
- Establish team-wide communication systems to foster alignment and engagement across departments
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives and change management planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, operations, or program management within a SaaS business
- Experience in management consulting or a similar field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of building and refining strategies for complex businesses, especially in GTM functions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage all organizational levels
- Expertise in organizational design and development, with a focus on leadership and team dynamics
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask across projects
- Proficient in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making

Pay
$223,750 – $261,250 annually
