Director of Business Operations and Performance

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Business Operations & Performance function
• Establish management systems connecting strategy, sales, and financial performance
• Partner with senior leadership to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness
• Build operating rhythms including KPI reporting and performance reviews
• Facilitate cross-functional team alignment across various departments
• Develop governance structures for scalability and effectiveness
• Assess organizational needs for future growth in Business Operations

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Operations or related fields
• Experience supporting senior leadership with strategic decision-making
• Strong understanding of resource planning and profitability analysis
• Proven ability to develop KPI frameworks and management reporting systems
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
