Visit www.xeos.care. 🎯 YOUR MISSION - What You’ll AchieveYour mission is to build the U.S. market for a new intraoperative diagnostic approach and convert that market development into paying customers. You will create awareness, earn credibility with surgeons and KOLs, develop clinical reference sites, and lead complex hospital opportunities from early clinical interest through commercial adoption. You’ll identify and develop opportunities with cancer centers, academic hospitals, and surgical oncology programs, connecting with clinical,executive, operational, and financial stakeholders. Working closely with the entire XEOS team, you’ll help establish a customer-centric and growth-focused presence in the U.S. while shaping how AURA 10 is introduced, adopted, and scaled in the market. #WEAREXEOS 📝 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - What You’ll DoDrive U.S. market creation and business development: build awareness for a new intraoperative diagnostic approach, open doors, and identify, qualify, and develop opportunities with cancer centers, academic hospitals, and surgical oncology programs.Personally lead direct sales efforts for AURA 10 PET-CT systems, converting early clinical interest, evaluations, and rental sites into placements, paying customers, and long-term partnerships. Keep a special focus on customer satisfaction.Translate our value proposition into an actionable sales plan, and help define marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads.Manage the full sales and partnership cycle (9–12 months) — clinical evaluation, procurement, and contracting — including capital budget approvals and Value Analysis Committee processes.Build and own relationships with surgeons, KOLs, strategic pilot sites, and future clinical reference centers. Support clinical evaluations and surgical cases, collect feedback, and translate early clinical enthusiasm into broader hospital commitment and commercial adoption.Support market segmentation, and U.S. go-to-market strategy development in close collaboration with Market Access, Marketing, and Product & Applications. You will own the account, customer, and commercial relationship, while Market Access will provide the reimbursement, health-economic, and value-analysis strategy and tools needed to advance and close priority accounts.Progress priority accounts through each stage of the commercial journey—from initial engagement and clinical evaluation to value analysis, procurement, contracting, and commercial close.Represent and support XEOS at U.S. conferences, congresses, and trade shows.Get in-depth insights and knowledge of the market from different angles — prospects, funding sources, competition, partners, customer trends — and feed this back to help shape our go-to- market strategy.Report to the CCO and ensure clear communication with all internal XEOS stakeholders. 📅 IN REALITY – What your week could look likeOn Monday, you might finalize contract details with a hospital procurement lead after months ofdiscussions. Tuesday, you’re on-site for a surgical case, gathering firsthand feedback from an early adopter. Wednesday is focused on building the pipeline—connecting with physicians and keeping the CRM up to date. On Thursday, you align with the team at our Belgian headquarters and share insights from the field. Friday starts with a team meeting to discuss the week’s wins and challenges, followed by a hospital visit to introduce XEOS and the AURA 10. 📈 YOUR FIRST IMPACT – What success looks likeSuccess in this role will be measured across both sides of the mandate: commercial performance and strategic market development. You communicate and negotiate effectively at every level, thrive in ambiguity, and adapt quickly as the market evolves.Above all, you share our commitment to transparency, agility, excellence, and dedication. 🎓 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE – What you bring and who you areMust-have:U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.At least 10 years of experience in a commercial role in the medtech sector.Proven track record in selling high-value capital equipment through complex hospital decision- making, procurement, capital budget, and Value Analysis Committee processes.Proven experience successfully introducing a novel medical technology into a new or underdeveloped market and personally converting early clinical adoption into complex hospital sales.Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and develop surgeons, KOLs, early adopters, andclinical reference sites.Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, including the dynamics of decision-making in hospitals, surgical departments and oncology centers.Comfortable with CRM tools and structured pipeline reporting.Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. and periodically to XEOS's headquarters in Belgium.Excellent English (written and spoken).Nice to have:Experience in clinical sales, being in the operating room, is a real plus.Background in imaging technologies, nuclear medicine, oncology, or diagnostics.Experience launching a disruptive product into a new healthcare market.Prior general management, P&L, or business-planning exposure.Potential and ambition to help build and lead a broader U.S. sales and market-developmentteam once sufficient market traction has been established.MBA or other business/management qualification.
