Job Expectations

Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the facility are achieved and maintained.

Requirements

• Education / Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent; College graduate or College experience preferred
• Knowledge / Experience:
  • At least 1 year of healthcare marketing and/or experience with admissions required
  • Long term care experience and/or comparable experience in a healthcare setting required
  • Ability to work effectively with all members of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and creative individual with an ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent time management skills
