About the role

The Director of Business Development will lead strategic partnerships and business development initiatives to drive growth and revenue for the organization. This role is based in Carson City, NV with occasional on-site visits to El Segundo, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners
• Identify and pursue potential clients and partners through networking events and other outreach efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development goals with overall organizational objectives
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or related field
• Proven track record of successful business development and partnership building
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and marketing
• Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
