Director of Business Development - Marine Corps

Responsibilities

• Lead critical projects and initiatives addressing strategic company questions
• Articulate customer approaches to mission and product development
• Develop project scope and plans with deliverables and milestones
• Guide a cross-functional team of leaders toward project goals
• Cook up coordination with platform program managers and engineers
• Implement business strategies to support growth and profitability
• Design analysis efforts for simplification opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Development or related field
• Ten years of related direct experience or seven years of consulting experience
• Five years of management experience
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Compensation

$136,800 – $253,200 annually
