Job Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting national growth opportunities in Haskell's Industrial Design group
- Communicating regularly with Regional Office leadership, other Business Development Leads, and Project Managers
- Conducting appropriate research to identify target companies/organizations within industry segments denoted in the business unit plan
- Contacting, qualifying and setting appointments with targets via telephone and electronic means
- Providing targets with appropriate Haskell marketing material and responses to specific interests identified by targets
- Visiting qualified targets and/or arranging for personal sales calls by appropriate Haskell personnel
- Preparing qualifications statements and assisting in preparing responses to proposals for specific projects
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local and national civic, professional, and economic organizations that are sources of prospects
- Maintaining up-to-date prospect files and electronic databases
- Developing and managing a public relations program to include marketing and customer outreach
- Taking other steps as directed by the VP - Market or Division lead and/or VP of Business Development
- Arranging for the recruitment, development, training, and retention of high-caliber talent
Requirements
- Minimum of a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, construction marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience within private sector food & beverage manufacturing

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Frequent sitting, reaching with hands and arms, talking, and hearing
- Occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and manipulating light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read application/form information
