Position Summary

The Director of Business Development, Healthcare is responsible for driving new client growth within DAVACO’s CareDeploy vertical, the company’s white glove delivery, installation, and operational readiness solution built specifically for U.S.-based healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess a true builder and hunter mindset to develop new relationships across the healthcare industry, expanding market presence, and positioning CareDeploy as the trusted single-source partner for scalable, nationwide delivery and installation programs within hospitals, clinics, surgery centers, and other care environments.
  • Communicate the value of CareDeploy’s end-to-end white glove model, including equipment and supply coordination, transportation and consolidation, site delivery, professional installation, stocking, and program management within healthcare facilities.
  • Position CareDeploy as a single-source execution partner capable of managing nationwide deployments, facility transformations, and operational readiness programs across U.S.-based healthcare sites.
  • Lead consultative sales efforts with healthcare organizations seeking an accountable partner for equipment delivery, professional installation, and facility readiness.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align client objectives with CareDeploy’s national execution capabilities and healthcare-specific expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to develop compelling, healthcare-compliant solutions and proposals.
  • Represent CareDeploy at healthcare industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand visibility and market presence.
  • Foster long-term client relationships built on trust, execution excellence, and consistent delivery of value within the healthcare environment.

Essential Functions

  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex operational and logistics solutions clearly to healthcare audiences at all levels.
  • Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets through proactive business development and relationship management within the healthcare sector.
  • Influence internal strategy by providing insight into healthcare market opportunities, competitive positioning, and emerging facility and deployment needs.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM documentation to support revenue planning and performance visibility.
  • Conduct market research and maintain awareness of healthcare industry trends, facility deployment strategies, equipment lifecycle programs, and regulatory considerations affecting delivery and installation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10+ years of business development or strategic sales experience.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with strong consultative selling skills.
  • Experience selling nationwide execution services or solutions within logistics, multi-site deployment, or healthcare delivery environments.
  • Established relationships within healthcare operations, facilities management, supply chain, procurement, or health system leadership teams preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required to support client meetings, industry events, and business development initiatives across the U.S.

  • Background in healthcare facilities, medical equipment deployment, logistics, or multi-site operational execution within the U.S. healthcare market.
