Responsibilities
- Shift the culture from reactive account management to aggressive net-new enterprise prospecting.
- Be "in the trenches" with your team, helping them qualify high-value opportunities and navigate the nuances of the custom design-build process.
- Foster a results-driven environment, utilizing tools like HubSpot and Apollo to ensure a healthy, high-volume sales funnel.
- Work seamlessly with creative and production teams to ensure the client experience matches the award-winning quality of the builds.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development leadership experience specifically within the custom trade show exhibit industry.
- You must understand the fabrication process, logistics, and the strategic value of custom environments.
- A track record of leading sales teams to hit and exceed KPIs.
- A history of identifying, engaging, and closing large-scale accounts and can teach your team to do the same.
- Experience with HubSpot and Apollo is highly preferred.
Pay
Base Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 and 225k OTE (commensurate with experience).
