Director of Business Development

Job Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in customer experiences and all services provided to Solutions Management Group clients.
• Works with new and existing clients to create a shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change.
• Manages multiple large projects and discovers potential obstacles.
• Works with all members of the company to create solutions to fit customer needs.
• Develops sales goals, assists with existing and prospective clients through SMG's proprietary assessment and sales cycle, and oversees proposals and contracts of new and existing clients.
• Maintains client satisfaction on new accounts.

Job Qualifications

• Executes strong customer service skills.
• Built relationships with clients.
• Previous management experience required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Business or IT Degree required.
