About ImmunoVec
ImmunoVec is a pioneering biotechnology company developing in vivo cell therapies for autoimmune diseases, cancer, and genetic disorders. Launched from stealth in October 2025, the company has secured $40.7 million in funding from ARPA‑H’s EMBODY program and additional private capital. ImmunoVec’s proprietary platform combines cell type‑specific DNA constructs with targeted non‑viral delivery vehicles to enable durable and precise in vivo cell engineering.

- Aggressively expand ImmunoVec’s network within the life‑sciences ecosystem and the AI technology sector to uncover novel partnership structures.
- Lead negotiation of term sheets, material transfer agreements, evaluation agreements, and strategic partnerships from initial contact through execution, collaborating closely with executive and legal teams.
- Partner with the CEO and CFO to cultivate relationships with current and prospective life‑science and technology investors, supporting future financing rounds.
- Leverage AI tools and deep industry networking to track competitor platforms, emerging cell‑engineering technologies, and market trends, informing strategic direction.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business development, corporate strategy, or venture‑capital experience strictly within biotechnology, biopharma, or life‑sciences, with a proven track record of success.
- Deep understanding of the cell and gene therapy landscape, particularly in‑vivo cell therapies, non‑viral delivery systems, CAR‑T therapies, or nanoparticle formulation.
- Strong interest in or experience with biotech applications; PhD‑level education is ideal but not required.
- Exceptional, charismatic communication and presentation skills; ability to command a room, inspire confidence, and translate complex scientific concepts into compelling business narratives.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing B2B biotech deals, including material transfer agreements, licensing agreements, and research collaborations.
- High‑energy, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a professional network and thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
