Director of Business Development - Arizona

About the role

Lead strategic partnerships and business development initiatives to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients, partners, and investors through networking events, industry conferences, and other outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and influencers to foster long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and pitches to secure new business deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in technology or professional services industries.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and partnership building.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
