About the Company

Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in-home care company. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead this branch, with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.
• Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Referral Building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners.
• In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivating Culture: Create the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone for team morale.

Qualifications

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Full-time, Monday through Friday
