Director of Business Development Addiction Treatment Center

About the Role

Blueview Recovery, an addiction treatment center in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Director of Business Development to expand our presence and connect more individuals with our Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs. This leadership role focuses on growing our referral network, generating admissions, and increasing awareness of our purpose-driven, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Bring new clients into our program by developing and nurturing strong referral relationships.
• Lead and execute business development strategies to grow our admissions pipeline.
• Represent Blueview Recovery with professionalism and empathy during on-site visits, events, and outreach efforts.
• Maintain an active presence in the community and consistently follow up with referral sources.
• Coordinate closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Track and report performance metrics related to referrals, outreach, and marketing impact.
• Continuously identify new growth opportunities and partnerships in the region.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a strong background in the behavioral health space, specifically PHP/IOP, and is strategic, highly motivated, and well-connected, with a solid understanding of admissions, referral coordination, and community engagement.
