About the role

Drive profitable and sustainable revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new customer programs in metal stamping, tool & die, and fabrication services. Lead and oversee a team of four encompassing sales support, estimating, and customer service functions. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand revenue across key target markets including Automotive, Agriculture, Appliance, and Electronics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing business development
• Background in metals manufacturing preferred, though not required
• Demonstrated ability to implement sales programs and standard operating procedures
