We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE (could be About the role). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Responsibilities). SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES (maybe also responsibilities). Administrative Responsibilities (also responsibilities). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Qualifications). OTHER REQUIREMENTS (including Physical Demands) (maybe Requirements or Qualifications). There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. Also we need to avoid repeating job title. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate like EEO statement, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's no explicit application instructions. The EEO statement at end should be removed. Also "#IND1" maybe a tag, remove. We need to keep content: primary function/purpose paragraph. Primary responsibilities list (many bullet-like sentences). Secondary responsibilities list. Administrative responsibilities list. Minimum qualifications list (maybe bullet). Other requirements (physical demands, schedule, travel, lifting). We'll need to format as lists. We need to decide sections: About the role (from PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE). Responsibilities (could combine PRIMARY, SECONDARY, Administrative). Could split into Responsibilities and maybe Administrative Responsibilities as part of Responsibilities. But we can just have one Responsibilities section with all duty bullets. Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS. Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications? But we have no separate Skills section; we could omit if no explicit skills. However the qualifications list includes many skill-like items. But the instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. There's no explicit "Skills" heading, but we could treat the qualifications as skills? However they said use headings like Skills if posting has content. The posting does not have a separate Skills section, but we could still include a Skills section if we extract skill statements from qualifications. But that might be considered inventing content? It's derived from the posting, not invented. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine qualifications and skills into one section? But they have separate headings list; we can choose to include Qualifications and maybe Skills if we have content. The posting includes many skill-like items under MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (e.g., "Self-guided and minimum supervision, outgoing team player, goal oriented, project management skills, excellent analytical, evaluative, and human service management skills." etc). That could be considered skills. But we could just put them under Qualifications. Safer to follow the instruction: include sections only when posting has real, specific content for it. Since there is no explicit Skills heading, we might omit Skills section. Similarly Benefits, Pay, Schedule omitted. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements (maybe OTHER REQUIREMENTS). The OTHER REQUIREMENTS includes physical demands, travel, schedule, lifting. That's specific content, so we can include a Requirements section. We need to avoid repeating job title. No headings for Job ID etc. Now produce HTML:
