Opportunity

This role leads all marketing initiatives across three distinct but complementary marine brands: Spot Zero, Southern Marine Supply, and Elite Marine A/C. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, dealer support, eCommerce growth, and revenue.

Major Initiatives

  • Brand Evolution & Refresh: Guide the evolution of brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, customer experience, and market presence for one of our core brands.

  • Website Transformation & Digital Experience: Lead website strategy, UX improvements, content architecture, SEO, conversion optimization, and customer-journey enhancements.

  • Shopify Integration & eCommerce Growth: Develop and expand our online parts and accessories business through Shopify, overseeing implementation and optimization.

  • Building the Future of Marine Customer Experience: Create an industry-leading customer experience that makes it easier for boat owners, captains, service providers, dealers, and OEM partners to learn about our products, access support, purchase parts, and engage with our brands.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience.

  • Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing initiatives.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and creative partners.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, analytics, and customer experience.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred Shopify or eCommerce platform experience.

  • Experience leading website redesign or digital-transformation projects.

  • Experience managing web developers, contractors, and technology vendors.

  • B2B, technical, industrial, or manufacturing marketing experience.

  • Product launch and go-to-market experience.

  • Photography, video production, or content-creation experience.
