About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Director Of B2B Activation (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Increase marketing-attributable patient starts with scalable systems and playbooks
- Define data-driven marketing strategies for commercial referral audiences
- Lead the establishment of attribution criteria for marketing campaigns
- Manage A/B and multi-variant testing to drive optimization
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance campaign efficiency
- Develop templates for activation campaigns to facilitate innovative testing at scale
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, or Business Operations focused on user activations
- Direct experience with AI and ML-driven automation in attribution and incrementality
- Strong cross-functional communication skills for senior stakeholder alignment
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Hands-on experience with MarTech stacks and data pipelines for marketing attribution
Compensation
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
