Director of Area Operations- Orlando South

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policies and health/sanitation regulations; takes corrective actions, as appropriate
• Maximizes Area profit objectives and provides leadership and direction to subordinates for achievement of their assigned territory profit objectives; working closely with finance partners
• Maximizes area sales objectives versus budget and prior year, and provides leadership and direction to subordinates for achievement of their assigned district sales objectives; works close with marketing partner to implement marketing plan and monitor market conditions to increase customer count growth
• Manages the effective development and utilization of the Area's human resources; achieves staffing and turnover goals. Supports Diversity & inclusion of management work force from District Manager level to Shift Manager and ensures subordinates are being developed. Perpetuates Employment Promises that maximizes motivation and productivity of team and ensures all processes are in place. Manages the performance management and succession planning processes in the Area, working closely with their HRBP. Assures adherence to all federal, state and local employment laws.
• Deliver Customer Experience thru delivering on the “Wendy’s Way” Model and effective management/evaluation of quality / food safety and other related programs in the Area. Achieves Quality, Service and Cleanliness goals.
• Participates in the Area's restaurant planning process; including the development and implementation of the Area's business plans and budgets to ensure Wendy's growth and development in the territory. Working closely with Development staff

• Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Travel: 10%

Pay

$126,000.00 - $221,000.00 Annually
