What You'll Do

  • Execute the long-term vision and strategic direction for Company's Annuity Brokerage.
  • Sell strategies that support company objectives and drive increased annuity sales.
  • Partner with sales leaders and marketers to create impactful training programs, webinars, and educational resources that strengthen product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners, serving as a key liaison and advocate to foster collaboration and support business objectives.
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team by cultivating a high-performance culture centered on accountability, engagement, and positive energy.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation strategies, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal-closing execution.
  • Continuously evaluate market conditions, industry trends, and sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and administrative leadership to strengthen communication, improve operational alignment, and enhance the overall producer experience.
  • Play a critical role in agent recruitment, retention, engagement, and long-term relationship management.
  • Resolve escalated producer and carrier issues while maintaining strong business relationships.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of annuity experience - Preferred
  • 5+ years of sales experience - Required
  • 5+ years of leadership experience - Required
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and closing strategies.
  • Proven ability to execute sales strategies that drive business growth and improve team performance.
  • Exceptional coaching, and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
