Annuity Solutions Director

For our client, we are seeking a Annuity Solutions Director to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead the strategy, management, and advisor experience for annuity solutions within a wealth management environment. The director will partner closely with investment, compliance, and advisory stakeholders to evaluate products, guide approvals, and ensure offerings align with the organization's fiduciary standards and business objectives. It is a highly cross-functional position focused on improving retirement income solutions while supporting advisor confidence and client outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $136,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute the firm's comprehensive annuity strategy Serve as the product owner for all annuity solutions and oversee lifecycle management Enhance advisor experience through all annuity-related workflows Lead due diligence and evaluations of annuity products and carriers Act as the primary liaison for annuity-related approvals with the Investment Committee Maintain strategic relationships with key external stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams to integrate annuity solutions into wealth management practices Monitor industry trends to inform product strategy and business decisions Develop educational content to boost advisor confidence in annuity solutions Ensure compliance and alignment of product offerings with firm objectives Qualifications 10+ years of experience in annuities and retirement income solutions Deep knowledge of various annuity products including Variable and Fixed Annuities Strong grasp of fiduciary wealth management and retirement planning Proven record of leading product strategy and management initiatives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across different stakeholders Proficiency in project management, ensuring details are meticulously handled Required insurance and Series 7/6 FINRA licensing Benefits Company paid Basic Life & AD&D insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance Multiple medical plan options including Health Savings Accounts 14 company paid holidays, including a full week off at Thanksgiving Generous paid time off for vacation and sick days Paid parental leave (8 weeks) and adoption assistance 401(k) retirement plan with company match options Personalized financial planning services offered at preferred pricing Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
