Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Data/Strategic Finance Analysts for Forecasting and SEC reporting
- Shape the narrative for Gross Merchandise Sales and marketplace health
- Influence investment decisions through data insights
- Provide analytics support for SEC filings and shareholder communications
- Cover ad hoc projects to unveil business insights and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 15+ years leading analytics, finance, business, and/or operational initiatives
- 5+ years managing teams
- Demonstrated high-impact strategic contributions
- Experience using data and analytics to drive business decisions
- Exceptional collaboration and decision-making influence
- Strong executive presence in ambiguous situations
- Proficient in SQL and either R or Python; experience in cloud analytics is a plus
- Significant experience with forecasting and data-driven time series modeling
