About the role
The Director of Analytics and Planning- Marketing at West Shore Home is responsible for managing marketing planning, forecasting, and budget alignment processes for all branches. The role aims to achieve the best return on investment in marketing spend and meet the company's Net Sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between Marketing and Financial Planning and Analytics.
- Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and budget plans.
- Develop data-driven forecasts to predict appointment and sales volumes, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Train and develop Divisional Marketing Managers to manage branch-level marketing budgets effectively.
- Utilize historical marketing performance data to create and manage marketing forecast models.
- Add or reduce marketing spend levels to stay within budget and meet appointment targets.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience with forecasting and modeling for performance-based marketing.
- Bachelor's degree, required.
- Proven experience in developing and executing efficiency improvement plans to streamline the marketing budgeting and target-setting process.
- Previous experience utilizing AI and ML in performance modeling and forecasting, preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Advanced proficiency with data analysis and performance forecast modeling using analytics platforms such as Databricks and Power BI.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
