About the Organization
The Acacia Fraternity Foundation (AFF), founded in 1989, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization that supports the mission of Acacia Fraternity. The foundation provides scholarships to student members and funds educational and leadership programs that help them grow as individuals and leaders. AFF focuses on ensuring the fraternity realizes its vision of offering training, support, and guidance to every undergraduate member. The organization partners with alumni, volunteers, and donors to sustain long-term educational initiatives and strengthen the fraternity’s impact.

About the Role
This position will support national fundraising efforts and strengthen engagement with alumni, particularly recent graduates. The role oversees digital and annual giving initiatives, including Giving Tuesday and Founders Day campaigns, and collaborates closely with staff and volunteers to advance the Foundation’s philanthropic goals.
