Position Overview

The Director of Advisor Success and Practice Management at Perigon Wealth Management will lead the advisors and advisor teams through the integration process. They will educate, train, and manage the process of adopting best practices, technologies and workflows. The Director will implement firm resources to help advisory teams best leverage Perigon's strengths and capabilities. The Director of Advisor Success and Growth will collaborate with operations, and custodial client support teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner. They will develop a deep understanding of how an advisory team functions and provide insight for organizational efficiency and growth. This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Perigon Wealth Management is a rapidly growing independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) based in San Francisco, CA. We manage approximately $5.5 billion in client assets as a fee-only fiduciary. In addition to our headquarters in San Francisco, we have offices nationwide including Hawaii, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, Georgia and Florida with plans for significant near-term growth and expansion into new markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for advisor integration and growth within the company
  • Engage in new initiatives and projects to drive advisor retention and success
  • Identify operational improvements for efficiency
  • Educate and train advisor teams on company resources and tools to increase performance
  • Perform data driven analysis of business performance and adoption, and recommend process improvement measures
  • Align advisor adoption in the context of Perigon's business needs and goals
  • Maximize retention by helping Advisors integrate company products and workflows

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proactive, strategic, and creative mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to present strategic growth plans to leadership
  • Experience managing financial advisors, and ability to discuss portfolio concepts
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, customer success, or project management experience
  • Willing to travel
