Director of Admissions and Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the admissions process from inquiry to residents admission, ensure timely documentation, and track census data.
• Serve as the primary liaison to families.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and other referral sources.
• Promote the facility in the community and identify new referral opportunities.
• Develop local marketing plans, organize events, and manage online presence.
• Collaborate on branding and messaging with the corporate team.
• Work closely with internal teams to align census goals, provide updates on referrals, and ensure staff preparedness for incoming residents.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience in healthcare.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and medical terminology.
• A degree in healthcare management, medical social work, or marketing.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
