Director of Admissions, Alpha - $200,000/year USD

This role exists to uphold standards at Alpha, a school model integrating demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. The objective is not to fill seats but to secure families with authentic fit.

Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of the enrollment lifecycle for prospective families, spanning initial inquiry through onboarding completion.
• Facilitating discovery conversations to evaluate alignment before introducing program details or suggesting subsequent actions.
• Stewarding 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment phases, maintaining transparent tracking of progress and touchpoints.
• Orchestrating campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment dialogues that articulate results, requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment system documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting accuracy, prioritization logic, and service excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years providing elevated, customized service in contexts where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, premium hospitality, executive assistance, high-end membership, or founder-led service ventures).
• Proven end-to-end ownership of a client, admissions, or enrollment pathway from initial engagement through onboarding.
• Capacity to share specific instances of advisory decision-making, including occasions where you recommended against your offering due to misalignment.
• Professional correspondence experience with C-level executives, affluent individuals, or discerning clientele.
• Prepared to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Denver, CO or Park City, UT.
• Authorized for employment in the United States without need for visa sponsorship.

• Background in competitive independent school admissions or selective program enrollment.
• Experience designing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
• Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance enrollment alignment, not merely velocity.
