About the role
This role is designed to uphold standards for Alpha's ambitious educational model, integrating rigorous academics with technology-enabled learning. The focus is on aligning with families that match the model's high expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire enrollment process for a campus, from initial applications to final enrollment.
- Evaluate compatibility and facilitate meaningful discussions with families.
- Facilitate needs-assessment discussions to ensure alignment before offering solutions or advising on subsequent steps.
- Oversee 20+ concurrent family relationships across various stages of the enrollment pipeline, maintaining transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions.
- Guide campus tours, shadow visits, and decision-making conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the intended audience for the model.
- Keep CRM and enrollment data (HubSpot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service excellence.
- Do not apply transactional or aggressive sales approaches.
- Do not admit families who are not a strong fit.
- Do not transfer responsibility for the family experience across multiple team members.
- Do not operate remotely. This position is intentionally campus-based.
Requirements
- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, exclusive membership, or owner-operated services).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding.
- Experience managing 20+ client, guest, or family relationships concurrently at varying stages, supported by a defined tracking and prioritization method.
- Capacity to present specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your product or service due to poor fit.
- Professional written communication skills with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience in admissions for selective private schools or enrollment for competitive programs.
- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive support functions.
- Experience designing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
- Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely velocity.
