Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with the City Manager, City Council, and other stakeholders.
- Shape the organization's future through strategic planning and implementation of best practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of a 4-year degree in a relevant field.
- Proven leadership experience in a municipal setting.
- Experience managing financial systems and internal controls.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
