Role Description We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented leader to help keep cMoe’s financial, administrative, and people operations running strong. The Director of Administration & Finance oversees budgeting, financial reporting, monthly close, payroll, internal controls, and key administrative systems. The role also leads core HR administration, including employee onboarding and offboarding, HR compliance, payroll and benefits coordination, required training, personnel documentation, and coordinating professional development opportunities that support employee growth and organizational needs.Working closely with the Executive Director and department leaders, this position provides clear financial information, strengthens internal processes, supports employees throughout their time at cMoe, and helps ensure our resources are aligned with the museum’s programs, people, and mission.This is a full-time, on-site leadership position in Evansville, Indiana and an opportunity to play an important role in the continued growth of the cMoe.
