About the Role
As the Director of Accounting and Finance at RadNet, you will join a dedicated team of professionals delivering quality, value, and access in 21st-century healthcare. This role offers dynamic cross-training and advancement opportunities in a team-focused environment, aligning patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the team to ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP and other compliance requirements, with a strong focus on completeness, accuracy, and timely ERP close processes.
- Conduct monthly financial and expense trend analysis supported by detailed workpapers and reconciliations.
- Oversee the expense reimbursement review process, ensuring compliance with the Travel & Expense policy and communicating requirements to employees, managers, and executives.
- Lead miscellaneous project management and application implementations (e.g., Alteryx) to increase efficiency and productivity without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Serve as a liaison to internal and external auditors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with acute attention to detail.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in general accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, payroll accounting, payroll tax liabilities, accounting policies, procedures, and internal financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains ERP preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 12 years of hands-on experience in accounting, with at least five years in a managerial role within an accounting department.
- CPA certification and/or MBA from an accredited university preferred.

Pay
$160,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year.
