About the Role
Full-time position requiring 30+ hours per week. Sign-on bonus available.
Responsibilities
- Manage onsite Clinic Aide Training & Onboarding
- Physical building needs, appearance and maintenance communicated to COO
- Hiring and Staff oversight
- Clinic finances
- Facilitating Effective Communication
- Monitor clinic stats
- Oversight of Leads by location
- Marketing
- Assessing performance of onsite staff (admin, clinical, rehab aid)
- Compliance Oversight
- Team Building
- Attend Manager meetings
- Lead weekly Lead meeting
- Attend weekly RD meeting
- Doc time based on treatment hours
Requirements
- Must be licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology
- 60% treatment time, 40% admin time
