Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level leadership for perioperative nursing
- Oversee multidisciplinary perioperative teams
- Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to enhance surgical care
- Establish safety and efficiency standards
- Guide strategic planning and operational priorities
- Ensure accountability for performance metrics and budgets
- Support continuous improvement in clinical quality
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- California RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of nursing operations and workflows
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of budgetary processes in healthcare
Pay
$205,338 – $328,536 annually
