The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow specific rules: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings 5. Preserve ALL substantive information 6. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it 8. Never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 9. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting content: The posting has: - Introduction/about the organization - Benefits section (very detailed) - Job Summary and Qualifications - "What you will do in the role" - responsibilities - "What qualifications you will need" - requirements - More about the hospital/organization - EEO statement (boilerplate - remove) - "Apply Today!" (application instruction - remove) I need to structure this into appropriate sections. The posting mentions "This position is incentive eligible" but doesn't give specific pay details, so no Pay section. No schedule details mentioned, so no Schedule section. Sections I'll create: 1. About the role (or Introduction) - the intro paragraph about HCA Healthcare colleagues investing hours 2. Benefits - the detailed benefits list 3. Responsibilities - the "What you will do in the role" section 4. Requirements/Qualifications - the "What qualifications you will need" section 5. About the organization - the hospital description Let me parse the content carefully. Introduction: "Last year alone, HCA Healthcare colleagues invested over 156,000 hours impacting our communities. As a Director Nursing Operations with HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, you can be a manager in an organization that is devoted to giving!" Benefits: Very detailed list. I'll put as

    • items. Responsibilities: Two main parts - "What you will do in the role" and "Improve Operations by:" - both are responsibilities. I'll combine them into one Responsibilities section with sub-lists or just one list. Qualifications: "What qualifications you will need" - list of requirements. About the organization: The paragraph about HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood being a 420+ bed acute care hospital, services offered, etc. I need to remove: - "This position is incentive eligible." (could be part of benefits or pay, but not specific enough for Pay section) - "Come join our team as a Director Nursing Operations. We care for our communities and employees!" (marketing fluff) - "HCA Hope Fund..." (boilerplate) - "Apply Today!" (application instruction) - "Become a manager with an organization that invests in your career while giving to the community. We are seeking distinguished applicants for our Director Nursing Operations opening. Help HCA Healthcare create healthier tomorrows for patients and communities." (marketing) - EEO statement (boilerplate) Also note: "Note: Eligibility for benefits may vary by location." - keep as part of benefits. Now, let me write the HTML. I'll use

for each section heading. For lists,
      • . For prose,

        . I'll structure:
