Director, NPI Strategic Sourcing Management
Key Responsibilities
- Designs and delivers resilient supply chain strategies for its new products and transitions to HVM
- Collaborate and negotiate with key suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials and components
- Anticipates single points of failure and develops sustainable mitigation strategies
- Delivers supply chain solutions to minimize total landed cost and improve material availability
- Drives alignment between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance & quality on key insource/outsource decisions
- Delivers cost performance that meets gross margin targets
- Possesses extensive knowledge of various fabrication commodities and processes
- Drive R&D initiatives to support engineering in exploration of emerging technologies and materials for potential integration into semiconductor equipment
- Cultivates an environment of technology enablement through early collaboration and engagement with key suppliers
- Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance
- Demonstrates excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
- Communicates efficiently at the senior executive levels; negotiates and influences the opinions of others

Education and Experience
- MS in Industrial Engineering or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 15 years, with at least 5 years in a management role in a high-tech industry. Experience with commercializing New Products in Semiconductor Capital Equipment highly preferred
